Shipping & Delivery

We only deliver to Customers with a registered office in Bulgaria and who can enter a shipping address within Bulgaria.
We aim to process your order within 1-2 working day and will issue an order confirmation including order data, delivery confirmation and the agreements via e-mail for you to review and save.
Up until order confirmation our information about delivery times and dates are approximate.
Unless otherwise specified, ordered Products will be assembled by us before delivery. If otherwise specified, assembly will be performed by the Customer at the Customer’s cost. If the Customer instructs us to perform the installation, the terms and conditions of installation included with the quote shall apply in addition.

If orders include several Products we will make partial deliveries, which we will invoice separately.
